The UL Campus 2030 proposal comprises an integrated urban intervention within the Lusófona University – Lisbon University Centre campus, including the demolition, alteration, extension and construction of several buildings. The project establishes a comprehensive vision, bringing coherence to a campus shaped by successive construction phases.
Based on the principles of the New European Bauhaus, the intervention aims to improve spatial and functional conditions across the university, providing increased space per student and faculty member. The proposal introduces a functional and volumetric reorganization of the campus, enhancing connections between buildings and outdoor spaces, and strengthening the overall environmental and urban quality of the site.
