Located within the consolidated urban fabric of Campo de Ourique, between buildings from different periods, the project seeks a balanced integration into the existing streetscape, adopting a sober and contemporary architectural language. The main façade, facing Rua Francisco Metrass, is organized according to a regular rhythm and prioritizes natural light, benefiting from its visual relationship with the garden opposite. The building incorporates a range of residential typologies distributed across all floors, combining spatial quality, private outdoor areas and integrated parking.
